Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Repod srl shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use or inability to use any file , including but not limited to damages for loss of data, profits, or other intangible losses. This limitation of liability applies regardless of the legal theory under which such damages are claimed.
6. Termination Repod srl reserves the right to terminate your access to and use of any file  immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, you must cease all use of any file  and destroy any copies in your possession.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Italy. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Cagliari for any disputes not subject to arbitration.
